March can feel like a truly transformative month.
We see the marking of meteorological Spring at the beginning of the month, followed by the equinox, which heralds lighter days. There may be a hopefulness in the air and a sense of busyness as birds make their nests and other creatures emerge from hibernation. The energy of the sun begins to feel gradually warmer and stronger and our bodies may seem to want to unfurl and stretch out more. Yet there are reminders of a not yet forgotten winter; biting winds, cold air, morning frost.

🌱 Signs of growth are all around us, green tips, budding shoots and those first bright blossoms. Are you experiencing a shift in your mood? Are you inspired or feeling creative? Take oppertunities to pause outside and allow your senses to feel the shifting season. Look, see, feel.
🪷 Spring is in full flow as the clocks go forwards, bringing ever more light to our evenings. Have your rituals and routines shifted at all? What is your body and energy needing that you could honour?
