Honne Therapy is a practice rooted in creativity + acceptance
We offer counselling to creative people navigating low self-esteem, self-trust + emotional blocks
Therapy specifically for creative and emotionally sensitive people in Cornwall and online across the UK.
This is a space for artists, designers, makers, writers and creative thinkers who are navigating moments of uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, or creative burnout.
Creative lives often hold deep sensitivity, imagination and self-reflection. But they can also bring self-doubt, identity questions, and pressure to constantly produce or perform.
You might be feeling…
– disconnected from yourself or your creativity
– caught between self-doubt and the desire to be seen
– creative burnout or loss of inspiration
– battling with inner criticism or perfectionism
– sensitive to the world around you, and unsure how to hold that
– You may already be self-aware…but still find yourself repeating the same patterns, or holding yourself back.
Much of what we need for growth in already within us, though at times we can feel disconnected from it, and ourselves. Our work together offers a space to reconnect — to gently rediscover your sense of self-trust and the resilience that has carried you this far.
Together we can explore the emotional depth that often accompanies creative lives. You don’t need to be in crisis. Just curious, open, or ready for something to shift.

These sessions have a foundation in East Asian Calligraphy, where we use mark-making as a mirror of our state of mind - each stroke revealing something of our internal landscape.
