    We can work through Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Phobias and Panic, to find a greater sense of control and the capacity to self-soothe.

  • Procrastination, triggered defences and fear of rejection can leave you feeling isolated and anxious.

    Reflection, emotional education and somatic experiencing can help you to cultivate greater self-awareness and connection, and reduce the distances within yourself, and between others.

  • Feelings of despair, worthlessness and apathy may leave you feeling alone and lost.

    These feelings will be accepted with compassion and understanding, to connect you to new depths of worth and self-trust.

  • Witness or experiencing distressing life events can churn up feelings of helplessness and anxiety.

Our Therapy Sessions can offer a reflective space to find deeper understanding together, and to nurture the resilience and self-trust that allows change to unfold.

My approach is rooted in Person Centred philosophy, and emerges from many years spent in artistic practice. This background informs a therapeutic style that is perceptive and grounded in emotional presence. Before becoming a counsellor, creating art was my way of accessing feelings which had not yet found words. This experience has cultivated a sensitivity to emotional undercurrents and the ability to help bring awareness and shape to what may feel unclear or unspoken.

Clients often share that my gentleness helps them feel at ease, allowing difficult thoughts and feelings to be met with curiosity rather than judgement. Because of this, I work especially well with those who are self-aware but fearful of feeling too deeply, or who are apprehensive about what may emerge from therapy. I offer a warm, accepting space, and the freedom to come exactly as you are.
