  • In this safe space you can process feelings of unease, worry and panic.

    We can work through Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Phobias and Panic, to find a greater sense of control and the capacity to self-soothe.

  • Procrastination, triggered defences and fear of rejection can leave you feeling isolated and anxious.

    Reflection, emotional education and somatic experiencing can help you to cultivate greater self-awareness and connection, and reduce the distances within yourself, and between others.

  • Feelings of despair, worthlessness and apathy may leave you feeling alone and lost.

    These feelings will be accepted with compassion and understanding, to connect you to new depths of worth and self-trust.

  • Witness or experiencing distressing life events can churn up feelings of helplessness and anxiety.

    Together we can process the turmoil to find new meaning, empowerment and direction in life.

  • Tools for self-soothing can offer a greater sense of stability and emotional regulation. In this safe space feelings of frustration and unexpressed resentments are accepted, understood and released.

  • Be it the loss of a loved one, support network or a dream for your future, grief can be consuming.

    In our sessions, loss can be honoured, processed and life can begin again.

  • With empathy and honest reflection, subconscious patterns can be excavated and explored for a renewed sense of self- understanding, empowerment and the possibility of change.

  • Shame can keep us small and struggling as emotions are fearfully suppressed and hidden.

    In this safe space we will connect with abandoned parts of Self and worth to cultivate deeper self-esteem and confidence. When fully seen, accepted and understood, shame can melt away.
